Woke up to a completely flat tire. Walked over to see if they could repair it the same day and they said they could squeeze it in. Work was done quickly and the repair is holding up months later. Hamza and his staff are kind and efficient, I would absolutely use them again. Prices are the most reasonable I've found in and around Toronto.

Review of first visit. An outstanding first experience consisted of exceptionally fair, prompt, and welcoming service. I popped in after driving by several times and seeing their signage offering $60 synthetic oil changes. Not only did I need an oil change but my engine has been lurching for longer than I care to admit. I was greeted promptly and my car was taken right away for an engine diagnostic and oil change. The owner engaged me in conversation and I was welcomed to watch the mechanics work. Pretty much an unheard of experience as far as I can tell. Within 20 minutes they had my oil changed, my pesky engine light was reset and my car no longer lurches! Wow! I wonder if Active Auto Surplus should rename themselves the guardian angels of auto service. I couldn’t be more thrilled with their prompt, welcoming, exceptionally fair pricing, and transparent workflow. Not only did I find expert mechanics service but I feel I’ve made new friends in my community. Thank you for the amazing service Hamza and team!!

Brought my car in for starter issues but was discovered that it's a loose battery connection. Also, did an oil change and quick inspection. Hamza and the team was quick, efficient, and most importantly honest. The prices are very reasonable. One on the best garage experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Yes, very pleased with the service here. Saw the price for an oil change and inquired if it was synthetic or regular. They use synthetic. Also, they restored my headlights as they were all fogged up. They were quick, efficient, well priced and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you very much Active Auto repairs. Will be back again and will highly recommend. Heather

I bought my car from Hamza and honestly couldn’t be happier! He gave me a really good deal, way cheaper than what I expected, and the car is amazing. It runs perfectly and looks great. These guys were great! Called in to see if they could change my tires to my winter ones and they took me in right away. Friendly and fast service along with a really good price. They even found a screw in the winter tires that had one flat over the summer storage and fixed it. Good team, I will add them to my trusted mechanics.

Honest, reliable, and excellent service! I was referred to Active Auto to fix a starter issue on my Honda Civic, and they truly delivered. I called ahead to explain the problem and let them know I needed time to arrange a tow. They proactively followed up, ordered the part in advance, and had the repair completed in under 1.5 hours. Their pricing was fair, and their honesty stood out. I had my car back the same day and was back on the road with no issues. Came to these guys to replace both my headlights, walked out paying half of whatever everyone else qas quoting me. Thank you hamza for being fair with me and taking care of mu vehicle. Look for him when you go because he will go the extra mile to make sure his customer is satisfied and happy.
